Users are advised to exercise discretion and consult domain experts or advisors before taking real-life decisions based on this tool's output.
We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the tool's recommendations. AI models evolve and change; we update our underlying AI systems regularly, which may affect the quality or nature of outputs. We do not warrant that the tool will be error-free or uninterrupted. Users acknowledge that using beta software carries inherent risks and assume full responsibility for those risks.

DecisionsMatter.ai operates on the information you choose to share — nothing more. Different decisions require different types of expertise. The mental models, frameworks, and bias-detection features provided are general-purpose tools. They are not substitutes for domain knowledge in specialized fields. If your decision involves healthcare, finance, law, engineering, or any other specialized domain, you should always consult qualified professionals in that field before proceeding.
Nature of the Tool
DecisionsMatter.ai functions as a brainstorming assistant to guide you through a structured decision-making process. The value we provide is in the process itself — the clarity that comes from systematic thinking — not in the specific outputs or recommendations. You are paying for access to a decision framework, not for expert guidance or guaranteed outcomes.
The mental models, decision matrices, and bias checklists included in the tool draw from widely-recognised cognitive science and decision theory. The specific selection, combination, and presentation of these frameworks within the DecisionsMatter.ai six-step process is proprietary to Business Mojo (see Section 5 — Intellectual Property). The tool facilitates your thinking; it does not think for you. We believe better decisions come from structured self-reflection, not from an AI telling you what to do. You are the decision-maker; we are the thinking partner.
Intellectual Property
The name "DecisionsMatter.ai," the DecisionsMatter logo, the six-step decision analysis framework, the six advisory board persona names (Investigator, Empath, Contrarian, Optimist, Maverick, and Conductor), and all associated content, design, and code are the intellectual property of Business Mojo. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the tool, its framework structure, or its content without prior written permission from Business Mojo.
Any third-party trademarks, names of public figures, named decision frameworks, or referenced methodologies mentioned anywhere on DecisionsMatter.ai are the property of their respective owners and are used here for nominative or descriptive purposes only. Their mention does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by those parties.
User Inputs
DecisionsMatter.ai operates on a "trust the user" basis. We do not verify, fact-check, or validate the information you enter into the tool. We accept your inputs at face value and generate frameworks and recommendations based on what you provide. This means the quality of the tool's output is directly dependent on the quality of your input — a principle known as "Garbage In, Garbage Out" (GIGO).
If you provide incomplete, vague, inaccurate, or misleading information, the tool may produce poor recommendations. The tool cannot know whether you have misunderstood the facts, omitted important context, or misrepresented the situation. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Always double-check your inputs and ensure you have included all relevant facts before relying on the tool's output.
Credits & Payments
Credits are digital units used to generate Decision Analysis reports. Payment for credits covers the infrastructure costs (cloud AI APIs, hosting, maintenance) and development costs required to operate this service. Credit purchases should not be interpreted as advisory fees or professional service fees. You are purchasing computational resources, not professional expertise.
No Refund Policy: Once a credit has been used to generate a report, that credit is consumed and cannot be refunded. However, if you purchase credits and do not use them, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting admin@decisionsmatter.ai. In cases of technical malfunction or system errors that prevent a report from generating, we may offer replacement credits at our discretion.
Additional Policies: Credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared, gifted, or sold to other users. Credits do not expire. Subscription fees are not required; this is a pay-as-you-go service. You may purchase credits at any time. For billing disputes or payment-related issues, contact admin@decisionsmatter.ai.
International Users
Applicable law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction in Mumbai (see Section 11). However, if the mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you rights that are stronger than those provided by these Terms, those local rights apply to you to that extent. This clause does not change the governing law or default jurisdiction — it ensures that your local statutory protections are not waived.
International payments: If you are paying from outside India, your payment may be subject to currency conversion by your card issuer or bank. The price displayed on DecisionsMatter.ai is the amount we charge — any foreign exchange fees, cross-border transaction fees, or intermediary charges are between you and your financial institution. DecisionsMatter.ai is not responsible for exchange rate differences or additional fees imposed by third parties.
Limitation of Liability
No liability for decisions: DecisionsMatter.ai is a thinking tool, not a professional advisory service. Business Mojo, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from or related to any decision you make, action you take, or outcome you experience as a result of using the tool. This includes, without limitation, financial losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational harm, emotional distress, or any other damages of any kind.
Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Business Mojo's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of DecisionsMatter.ai — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount you have actually paid to DecisionsMatter.ai in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not made any payments, our maximum liability is zero.
Exclusion of consequential damages: In no event shall Business Mojo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that the pricing of DecisionsMatter.ai credits reflects this allocation of risk, and that without this limitation, the cost of the service would be substantially higher.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Business Mojo, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of DecisionsMatter.ai, (b) any decision you make or action you take based on the tool's output, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party. This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Usage are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from your use of DecisionsMatter.ai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India. Both parties agree to submit to this jurisdiction and waive any objections to venue or inconvenient forum.
Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of DecisionsMatter.ai after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
